(click SEE MORE) to read entire post please. We are trying to purchase a customized search and rescue quadcopter drone and we need your help! It will cost approx $7000 for the recommended model with many life-saving high tech attachments, such as night vision, thermal imaging, live video stream, pan/tilt live camera, pan/tilt laser marker, search lights, 2-way audio, long range FPV (first person view), extra parts, extra batteries, capability to direct search and rescue crews to the correct location, capability to deliver first aid supplies/flashlight/water/food/radio to injured or lost person until the search crews arrive, a mobile antenna and more. If you have ever wanted to help with search and rescue, please consider helping with this fund-raising goal so that when we have a missing person (or even a dangerous escaped prisoner), etc, then we will be able to respond in the western Kentucky area to help. We will try to help with the Red Cross, firefighters, state and local police departments and even individuals with lost friends, family, or even pets! We humbly ask for your donations to help us afford this. We are not non-profit so I do not get any grants at all. We accept PayPal for secure donations or money orders. I have posted a video here so you can see a similar type of quadcopter drone that im looking at (it doesnt have all of the attachments and upgrades yet). As you watch this video, imagine if i was able to use this in search and rescue in our area. The finished version will have a thermal camera (picks up body heat) and it works in rain, snow, sleet, AND CAN SEE THROUGH FOG! Normal night vision may also be added but night vision has a limited view distance and can not see through fog. So just imagine how helpful this quadcopter will be, and know that anything you donate will be greatly appreciated. YOU will be partially responsible when we help find a missing person! It will be a great feeling! I will upload pictures and videos of it being tested and actually used to show you all it is being put to good use.
