congratulation to the people of unity state for the 2nd week to have a new caretaker H E Dr JOSEPH MANYTUEL,his leadership is full with good persistence, enthusiasm and is man who promise him self to serve his people as soon as possible, so our big thanks will goes back to the president of the Republic of South Sudan H E Salva kiir mayardit for he understand their request until they receive it, therefore to hell with the previous government of the unity state Bentiu, it was the government who suspend vice president of the Republic of south Sudan H E DR RIEK MACHAR until he escape to UN in 2010 with present of unity state civilians the during the election
