credit repair? We unwaveringly follow all State and Federal - TopicsExpress

credit repair? We unwaveringly follow all State and Federal guidelines of the FCRA. This means that we can dispute any and all incorrect, misrepresented, and derogatory information that can be found on your current credit report. We will use our relationships with the three main credit beauros (XPN, EFX, and TUC) to dispute these items. The creditors have 30 days to prove that the information on your report is up to date, correct, and valid. If they cannot provide said proof, or if they neglect to reply to our correspondence within the 30 day period, that item will be deleted from your credit report and history. If the said creditor replies with sufficient evidence to support the integrity of their claim the account will remain on your report as is. In this case we will then start the process over again and prepare another dispute of the same information. We will repeat these steps for up to 90 days for best results. At the end of your 90 day period of credit restoration, you will receive two items from us via mail correspondence. You will receive a 90 Day Recap Letter, and a Consultation Worksheet. The 90 Day Recap Letter will give you an itemized breakdown of all the activity that has taken place with your credit report in the last 90 days. (ex: accounts removed, reduced balances, removed lates, etc.) The Consultation Worksheet will be a list of suggested "things to do" for you to personally pursue in the future to help your credit score to continue to rise. (ex: open new accounts, close old accounts, pay down balances, etc.) If you have any questions on how to navigate either of these two items.
