crisis stabilization wards are a criminal rico designed to cover implanting innocent citizens with a biochip. I have 3 CSBs on perjury, a Psychiatrist that admitted it was all a police setup, a Mag. Judge related to defense attorneys, a Federal judge that dismissed a case that the Defendants and the Plaintiff wanted to go forward. They requested to proceed to discovery. An attorney that recused herself after she came into the surveillance room and witnessed first hand the torture I was being subjected to. Many clients that cops have allowed to watch me in the privacy of my own home being tortured and electronically raped and sodomized. A letter from the VA DCJS admitting they got keys to my home from 2 locksmiths and have stolen or vandalized my home and car to over $150,000. I say no to funding to anyone working with a biochip that is against the law in Virginia. I also was instructed by a Hampton Dept. of Soc. Services employee to take $7,500 out of a clients account until they qualified for Medicaid. I said no. Then she circumvented and tried to get an employee to put it on a Walmart card - give a disabled man a card that has over $8000 on it - it already had nearly $1000. She took our client from our care because I refused to commit Medicaid Fraud. The CSBs and Social Workers see it all day long. Virginia State Police are supposed to prosecute Medicaid - they are the biggest offenders according to the Psychiatrist. I dont qualify for Medicaid, but they kidnapped me and the hospital got thousands of dollars for services I never received or needed. They stopped my heart 90 times in 6 hours. Virginia #1 in federal taxpayer dollars #50 in ethics. I know, as an accountant, I have solved millions in fraud, waste and abuse.
