daily conversation on #kettlebell training ..... regarding wrist guard use on a beginner who is getting bruised . until then wear the guards. yet dont let them be a buffer for pain and imperfect form. there really is no reason to wear them if you have perfect form. but alot of people will not get it that the kettlebell should have 5 points of contact dissipating the lead. they usually hit the bell on the arm repeatedly and look for quantity over quality while only using 2-3 points of contact in the rack position. ME
