#dailyinspiration from #GregPiatkowski: SUCCESS IN BUSINESS - 3 IMPORTANT FACTORS In network marketing or any other business the most important element are PEOPLE. You need to try to walk in their shoes, understand their concerns and needs. You need to try to be the answer to their questions. Remember: people join people, not companies. It means that you need to be perceived as a person someone will love to work with. Dont pretent you are somebody else! Dont hide behind marketing tricks! Be authentic and show your own personality! It may happen that somebody will start to cooperate with you but after some time they will realize you are completely different than you pretended to be. And sooner or later they will leave you. Me for example would never like to work with somebody who is ignorant and I bet such people would hate to work with me. Why? Because I am demanding, I expect people to be open-minded and with high level of teachability. I do creative things and want to help others do the same. But this requires certain level of openness and flexibility. *** Another thing: try to PROVIDE SOLUTIONS. When somebody is in struggle and hassle, you need to be ready to provide help. Exact strategy that will help them go straight to their desired goal or at least get them significantly closer to it. *** The last - most important thing: DO IT WITH PASSION & PLEASURE! Yes, yes, let your passion speak through you. Be the living example of what you share with others. This is how I act, I love what I do and I am more than honoured to share it with other people. I used to chase people, pitch them here and there day after day. It brought some results but the costs (psychological and time costs) were higher than the benefits. After I become a part of ASF Team (here I write a bit about it: j.mp/ASFandILN) I reshaped myself in a completely new and fresh way. I started talking WITH people, LETTING them tell their story, providing them concrete SUPPORT, delivering SOLUTIONS, building long-lasting RELATIONSHIPS. This is the correct way! Gratification here comes not only in new business partners or money but - what is most important - it comes in valuable relationships and meaningful exchange of ideas and opinions. *** You can (and if you want to be succesfull: YOU SHOULD) do the same! To sum it up: - BE AUTHENTIC, - PROVIDE SOLUTIONS and - DO IT WITH PASSION & PLEASURE! and your life will never look the same.
