daughters and I set up the tent!!!! girl power! bring on the harvest....we is ready! In our faith today we celebrate thanksgiving, remembering where our provisions come from as we reflect on the exodus from Egypt and the time in the desert and we honor our connection to the power source of the pure Light that gave us our instructions(commandments) in a fire burning whirlwind (God with Us)---The harvest moon was given as sign to mark the beginning of such a feast....Also this is when we celebrate the birth of our messiah...Yeshua aka Jesus as is evident in the scriptures....He was to be called Emanuel( God with us) he was born on the 1st day of Sukkot/Feast of Tabernacles, and was circumcised the 8th day prob why an 8th day feast....you know I was thinking about why he was born in a manger today and it all makes sense....He was born in an addition to an inn which would fit the dimensions and requirement for tabernacle/tent---whoa! And we do this in His remembrance as we await His coming to dwell with us again..... So happy thanks giving (this is where the American thanksgiving derives from ) and Happy Birthday to the savior of ALL and I mean ALL man kind--Reclaiming The creators Actual days and feasts....so some celebrate Christmas and we celebrate Sukkot :) this is what I call "the Raw sugar truth base on the version of the real truth"-----this festival falls with the rise of the harvest moon so it falls on different times on our worldly calendar... youtube/watch?v=KmwuTJG4yV0
