devagandharvagolokaan brahmalokam tathaaparaan | praapnuvanti mahaatmaano maataapitR^iparaayaNaaH || 2-30-37 37. mahaatmanaH = high souled men; maataapitR^iparaayaNaaH = wholly devoted to their mother and father; praapnuvanti = obtain; deva gandharva golokaan = the regions of gods and the gandharvas; and goloka (highest heaven abiding in cows and presided over by Sri Radha and Sri Krishna the first couple) brahma loka; = the seventh heaven presided by Brahma ( creator) tathaa = and; aparan = other regions. "High souled men, wholly devoted to their parents obtain the regions of gods and the gandharvas, the seventh heaven presided the gandharvas, the seventh heaven presided by Brahma (the creator) and Goloka (the highest heaven abiding in cows and presided over by Sri Radha and Sri Krishna the first couple).
