did a little experiment yesterday and paid a very small amount of money to see what the post boost option was for pages. I chose 2 and this was one of them. They did not approve this photo post because they said ads are not allowed to have more than 20% text. 1st of all, I didnt read all the terms, so shame on me, but in your page settings, they make it out to be a post boost, not an ad. A few clicks and youre all set. Easy peasy. Except not, because even though it was denied, they still charged me $.75 for a few clicks that the post got before it was not approved. Tricky, tricky, Facebook. Page owners beware. The post I did pay to boost really didnt get that many more views and strangely my other posts did. The fact that they gave us these pages for free and then started restricting who can see the posts is very mafia like. If they want me to pay, theyre going to have to come up with a better system.
