#dinnerwine tonight was an outstanding Domaine Saladin Chaveyron 1422 (syrah + a touch of viognier) made by Elisabeth Saladin and her sister. Delicious. would have been interesting to taste together with a Cote Rote and compare. Unfortunately I did not have one at hand and I had only one btl of Saladin.
