directors never cease to amaze me. so its apparently my fault that the big time post production mixer with his fancy studio facility couldnt handle all of my stems .... I dont know if its that Im picky, but I cant STAND laziness at any level. If I go out of my way to send you 5.1 stems for a major project you should make it sound great. I get the final cut back and nothing is lined up right, no panning, barely any mix. Levels all over the place. I politely said, Let me mix this and you will win this festival. Right now, it sounds like a high school project. Response: Well if you didnt send so many stems and complicated parts we would have had more time to mix. We only had 8 hours. NO COMMENT!!
