You see I do not believe in inspiration of masochistic sacrificing selfless deeds… and I do not act on believe at all, there is no reason and need for that. I would prioritize collective interest, because it is pure mathematically exponential more effective. I will do that for my self with my own conscious choice following smartest idea not a biggest ego leader. You have to realize very obviously that in order to move any where for group of people, you have to pull in same direction. Humanity it is like long term marriage, heavy to pull and you can’t leave it, no one can survive alone. Media indoctrinated illusion of individualism is image to follow, tuff lonely wolf… redneck sitting in a rocking chair with a gun on the porch, with clear attitude: “not in a mine back yard” Dominate your family, submit them to your ego make them responsible for 6-pack in the fridge. Do you think people like that can unite? They are divided and conquered by small group of people who cooperate very well and we call it corruption, because cooperation happens with out rest of us. =O) What ever you do it has to be your own conscious decision all ways and it has to full fill your needs. All humans have same needs eat, poop, sleep and each other and everything we do that is a real reason. I call it purpose/ process of life. Idea of “need for sacrifice” is a fraud. Leadership is a fraud, because technically leadership is when followers suppress their own needs for leaders’ sett up agenda. Politically that agenda is for everyone’s good and in observe able reality It serve well cooperating small group of leaders interest. Natural “leadership” is guy with best skills for the task at the particularly moment and situation. For example: When some one faint in the crowd and guy who screams “ I am a doctor” he became “dictator” for the crowd until ambulance arrive. Put in your head very clear: you never ever follow leader, but you follow idea and exclusively only if you can clearly see your own benefits. Remember do things only which makes life more wonderful not less. Douche bags who try selling you their books and guiding you to their website with “donate” button they functioning like a Vatican blah blah nice in terms of the future and you open your wallet right now. Trick is that future and past, does not exist, pinch yourself and wake up it is always presence. And it is always now, we will see changes when we cooperatively start do things together for our self’s with out any leader. That will make difference. So how to live with out leadership? Simply put idea for development on open source principal and point to benefits for participants. No sacrifice = no leadership Leaders are not creators we are and there is no need to harvesting crowd to feed the leader. There are no leaders smarter then crowd, idea matters not particularly individual.
