do not like thunder and lightning. 2 scarey experiences...some years ago i went to montana to do my folks spring house cleaning. washed down the livingroom walls one day, justfinished...mom fixing dinner, dad sitting in his recliner when lightning struck a telephone pole on the highway..the loudest bang ive ever heard...the current traveled thru the line to the house, blew the roof up in the air on one corner about a foot...a ball of fire rolled thru the living room, leaving dad almost speechless, blew out all appliances..power went off, pouring rain..i had to run to the neighbors to call for help....absolutely terrifying..it was in the newspaper in hamilton...no one hurt..just a lot of damage.
