do yourselves a favor and NEVER get a home mortgage through Capitol One! This has been such a nightmare. While I am representing the seller, I was asked to try and contact the buyers lender to get some response because the buyer and their agent could not...mind you we were to be closing while this was happening..so after trying to get the LO on the phone and getting his VM, I decided to simply send a text saying, can you help me with a pre-app? guess what, the phone rang in seconds and it was you-know-who...Funny how he was available to take a lead, but not help a client...he was rather surprised to find that not only did I not have a buyer for him, I was looking for answers...and he didnt have any... so I will be meeting with him and his boss at 9am. I hope they are ready for the shit storm that is about to hit them....I am a pretty level headed person. I dont usually let things get to me, but when the lack of disregard or professionalism effects my clients, look out.
