earthing is wonderful and wise activity....also burying ones feet in the sand..as I did today on a sunny and gloroius wild surf beach near Dublin....what a day....and I made sure to walk my talk and earth.:)) as yes we achieved everything we set out to do today,even an artistic project...a sign grounding works...along with focused intentions...I just feel better these days doing stuff..floating is a nice feeling but its not gonna give us satisfaction long term...we are on the earth for a reason....tank u for this day...one of the most mellow autumn days ive seen and Kilrudderry Castle..Oh My!Come to Ireland folks for the Magic ...I will show u around!
