eeSHAMENDA IS LYING, SATA WAS ALREADY ONE OF HIGHEST PAID PRESIDENTS IN SADC AND AFRICA President Michael Sata was actually one of the highest paid presidents in Africa even before his latest pay increments. According to a compilation by ‘My Wages’, Sata was until last week getting an equivalent of 845.436,00 South African Rands annually or 3.382,00 South African Rands daily. The figures on My Wages were compiled in South African Rands equivalent. Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe is getting 184.164,00 South African Rands per annum. Pakalitha Mosisili - Prime Minister Lesotho is getting 184.164,00 South African Rands. José Eduardo dos Santos - President of Angola is getting 613.881,00 South Africa Rands every year. Armando Guebuza - President Mozambique is getting is getting 546.551,00 South African Rands per year. The leader of Ethiopia, Hailemariam Desalegn is paid 41.733,00 South African Rands a year. Only leaders of South Africa, Kenya and Namibia get higher salaries than what Sata is being paid. So which Africa and SADC is Shamenda talking about? With his new salary, Sata now earns an equivalent 1, 200 000 South African Rands making him one of the four highest paid rulers in Africa.
