According to The Telegraph: PSG could face competition for the Brazil international, with Barcelona and Monaco also weighing up offers. Barcelona are already lining up David Luiz as a potential replacement for Carles Puyol, who is leaving the Spanish club this summer, and could bid around £25?million for the central defender. PSG’s interest in Oscar is strong but it remains to be seen whether an official bid is lodged in the next few months and whether Chelsea – who beat Tottenham 4-0 on Saturday night – could be tempted to sell the 22-year-old, who joined from the Brazilian club Internacional in July 2012 for £25?million. However, it remains to be seen if Chelsea gets tempted by such proposal, as Jose Mourinho has reiterated time and again that Oscar fits into his larger scheme of things and is one of the most important part of the team.
