He/she will assist the Business Support Lead- Card Operations with all aspects of processing, balancing and reconciliation, system parameters, chargeback and fraud monitoring, authorization and settlements. Prerequisites Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, or similar capacity At least four years of experience in credit card processing Proven track record in card operations, with working knowledge of balance and reconciliation , fraud prevention and chargeback processing Experience in card management systems implementation is a distinct advantage Knowledge of Visa International policies and regulations as they relate to card issuing activities in the Caribbean region Self-driven, results oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to work with internal and external technology partners and providers.
