Carlos, the aspiring chef, shows up out of the blue - but he might help save the cafe. ရည္မွန္းခ်က္ၾကီးမားသည့္ စားဖိုမႈးျဖစ္သည့္ Carlos သည္ ျဗဳန္းစားၾကီး ေရာက္လာသည္ – သို႔ေသာ္ သူသည္ ေကာ္ဖီဆိုင္ကို ကယ္တင္ေကာင္း ကယ္တင္ႏိုင္ပါလိမ့္မည္။ Olivia: Oh no! I don’t understand how this can happen! ဒုကၡပါပဲ၊ ဒါဘယ္လိုလုပ္ျပီးျဖစ္လာတယ္ဆိုတာကို ငါေတာ့ နားမလည္ႏိုင္ေတာ့ဘူး! Tony: Told you so. နင့္ကိုေျပာသားပဲ Sarah: Hi Olivia! Tony: Sure, here’s a menu, go and take a seat somewhere... ရႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒီမွာ စားစရာစာရင္းပါ၊ တစ္ေနရာရာမွာ ထိုင္လိုက္ပါ... Sarah: Oh dear...let’s go and sit down – there’s Harry over there, let’s sit with him. ဒုကၡပါပဲ...သြားထိုင္ၾကရေအာင္ – ဟိုမွာ Harry ရွိတယ္။ သူနဲ႔သြားထိုင္ရေအာင္ Harry: Hello there. Magda’s on her way. I think we need to have a plan... မဂၤလာပါ။ Magda လာေနျပီ။ ငါတို႔ အစီအစဥ္ တစ္ခုခုလုပ္မွနဲ႕တူတယ္... Olivia: Yeah, but what can we do? ဟုတ္တယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ငါတို႔ဘာလုပ္ႏိုင္လဲ? All: Hey Magda! Hi! Sarah: ...and Olivia’s shop too! ...ျပီးေတာ့ Olivia ရဲ႕ဆိုင္ေရာပဲ! Magda: Why? Oh - the property company... they’re building new flats... Carlos: No, sorry, I wasn’t listening, I just heard what you were talking about... မဟုတ္ပါဘူး၊ ေတာင္းပန္ပါတယ္။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္နားေထာင္ေနတာမဟုတ္ပါဘူုး။ ခင္ဗ်ားတို႔ေျပာတာကိုပဲ ဒီအတိုင္းၾကားေနတာပါ Olivia: Is this the first time you’ve been here? ဒီကို ေရာက္တာ ပထမဆံုးအၾကိမ္လား? Carlos: Well, yes it is, actually... ဟုတ္ပါတယ္ Harry: It’ll probably be the last.. .ေနာက္ဆံုးလဲျဖစ္သြားႏိုင္ပါတယ္... Carlos: I’m afraid I work for the company, the building company. ကြ်န္ေတာ္က အဲ့ဒီကုမၸဏီမွာ အလုပ္လုပ္ပါတယ္၊ အေဆာက္အဦးကုမၸဏီေလ Olivia: The company who want to knock down my shop? ငါ့ဆိုင္ကို ဖ်က္ခ်င္ေနတဲ့ ကုမၸဏီလး? Harry: And our favourite café? ၿပီးေတာ့ ငါတို႔ရဲ႕ အၾကိဳက္ဆံုး ေကာ္ဖီဆိုင္ေရာပဲေလ? Carlos: I’m afraid so, yes... စိတ္မေကာင္းေပမယ့္ ဟုတ္ပါတယ္… Olivia: Can you stop them? ရွင္သူတို႔ကို တားႏုိင္လား? Carlos: Well, that’s the problem, I’m not one of their top managers, or anything like that... အင္း၊ အဲ့ဒါက ျပႆနာပဲေလ၊ ကြ်န္ေတာ္က ထိပ္တန္းမန္ေနဂ်ာမဟုတ္ဘူး Harry: That’s a shame. စိတ္မေကာင္းစရာပဲ Carlos: I’m just a caterer. ကြ်န္ေတာ္က အစားအစာ စီစဥ္တဲ့သူပါ Magda: Caterer? အစားအစာ စီစဥ္ေပးသူ? Carlos: Yes, I make food for them. သူတို႔အတြက္ စားစရာလုပ္ေပးရတယ္ေလ Harry: Hang on a minute, I don’t understand... you’re the caterer... you make food... ခဏေနပါဦး၊ ငါနားမလည္လို႔... ခင္ဗ်ားက အစားအစာစီစဥ္ေပးတဲ့သူ... ခင္ဗ်ားက အစားအေသာက္ေတြလုပ္တယ္... Carlos: Yes, that’s right. I’m a chef, actually. Or at least that’s what I’d like to be... ဟုတ္ကဲ့ မွန္ပါတယ္။ တစ္ကယ္ေတာ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္က စားဖိုမႈးပါ။.ဘာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္အဲ့တာ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ျဖစ္ခ်င္တာေလ... Carlos: Oh yeah...well, you see, the problem is, I don’t really like the food I have to cook for other people. I prefer to try new things – so I came in here! အင္း ဟုတ္တယ္... ဒီလိုေလ၊ ျပႆနာက ကြ်န္ေတာ္ တစ္ျခားသူေတြအတြက္ ခ်က္ေပးတဲ့ အစားအစာေတြကို တစ္ကယ္တမ္းက်ေတာ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္မၾကိဳက္ဘူး။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္က အသစ္အဆန္းကို စမ္းသပ္ၾကည့္ခ်င္တာ – ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဒီကိုလာတာ! Harry: Right... ဟုတ္တယ္… Olivia: Can you help us? ကြ်န္မတို႔ကို ကူညီႏိုင္မလား? Carlos: I’m not sure what I can do...
