even though i went to college and studied hard and blah blah blah, i am admittedly *criminally* undereducated when it comes to literature. seriously. i never read "the great gatsby" or "the grapes of wrath" until this year. that being said, can folks recommend some unimpeachable, solid "classics" that you think literally every person should read in their lifetime? this is my fall/winter project. thanks!
