excellent bootcamp tonight. After a warm up, 3 rounds of (bench press x 10 and push press x 20, then seated row x 10 and jump pullups x 20) Then run with medicine ball outside and around to back of building for 25 wall balls, 25 tire jumps, grab medicine ball and run back up to front of the building for 25 situps, 25 hand release pushups, 25 body rows and 25 dumbbell swings.
