Taking the challenge this week, Mathew Jonson. Born in Vancouver, Jonson has set up one hell of a studio in Berlin - full of modular synths, drum machines and more - and on his Against the Clock he shows just now naturally he builds up layer of ambience over tweaked drum patterns with it. Its awe-inspiring, not just due to the amount of equipment or the ease with which he uses it, but due to just how damn fun it looks.
