family service worker from cas says shell be coming over with a personal support worker to help us parent our children better cas has taken us to court in August 2014. We do not want a personal support worker to visit our home because we do not need to parent up on our parenting skills. They are claiming we pose a risk to our children and refer to child and family service act section 37 (2), b, ii and g. We have 3 children, the oldest with no delays, a son with Autism and NF1 and our youngest has moderate Autism Spectrum Disorder.. Im thinking if the PSW does come over she will figure out by herself there is nothing wrong with our parenting skills? and then shell know the service worker is an airhead, and no more visits will be necessary?
