fan question How can I get my daughter who will be 3 november first to sleep in her toddler bed?for the first six months she was in a bassinet by my bed, then moved to her crib until where she would mainly sleep and seldomly sleep with us. Last February we had a fire and ever since shes been sleeping with us, shes maybe slept in her toddler bed 10 times since then... And those times she did I had to sit in her room in the dark until she fell asleep. Problem is she cant sleep with any light, but shes scared in the dark alone. I will not leave her alone in her room crying. Me and hubby desperately need her in her own bed because its we have zero alone time this way, its super uncomfortable with her in our bed and we worry about her having a dependency issue from never sleeping alone. I cant leave a tv on for her because she wont sleep, she just plays and watches tv plus i dont want her in the habbit of watching tv to sleep. *Mary*
