#feelingconfused I shopped online for black Friday and ordered quite a bit of stuff from one department store. I received them Monday. Happy camper. Today I get a duplicate package in the mail. My entire order was shipped a second time. I first checked my charge card and confirmed that I was not billed a second time. I was not. I called their customer service number and explained my duplicate package. They apologized up and down. They also told me that they can return the items and get a credit back for what I purchased. They confirmed I was only billed once. However they cannot just take the items back. Im free to keep them all or return them and get my original money back plus keep the first received items. So confused on how to feel. Its like a merry Christmas to me feeling but at the same time it doesnt feel right to get so much for free. Big/expensive order.
