first post: Asian Restaurant crab rangoons One pkg wonton wrappers (foind in produce section most grocery stores) two blocks cream cheese (8 oz) ea one can lump crab drained (can use fresh if you can afford it) three to four green onions diced one egg (or tsp of corn starch) water to seal 2 to 3 cups veg oil mix wet ingredients small 1/2 tsp in middle of each wrapper wet all outer edges press into package ot triangle for those who are just starting out I usually put into freezer until set and while oil heats to 350 fry four to six at a time pouring oil over and turning them as the brown cool on paper towels serve
