first thing in the morning Brooklyn will be having her neuropsych testing. this will determine if she has any disabilities so far from radiation/chemotherapy. this will also help determine if she needs an IEP for school, which is an Individualized Education Plan. broken down just pretty much means has the radiation/chemotherapy killed her brain cells that help her learn/function/etc. i am heart broken tonight. i worry so much about the results! my daughter not only has to fight for her life everyday against brain cancer, she has to endure all the disabilities radiation/chemotherapy will cause to her brain while TRYING to kill the cancer. prayers for miraculous results. we will not know them for a while!
