first treatment at ProRehab today. They were nice enough to not make me cry. Did eval and thinks i have re-injured an old lower disc injury Well thats great, atleast i can work through this. Disc is pinching my nerves and causing the hip and leg pains and numbness Did some excercizes and Trigger Point Dry needling, kinda like acupuncture but right up on the nerve, wohooo sent my legs a twitching, but has relieved some of the pain and discomfort. Was sore when i got home though, stretching and what not. The exercises have me sore as shit, but motrin relieves it enough. Get through tomorrow and off for three days, so i am looking forward to alot better monday after some of these at home exercises hes having me do, hopefully fingers crossed
