five years ago today i received the greatest gift of all, my daughter Sophia! ill never forget the first time we made eye contact. it was like she knew i was unprepared but she still looked at me with such wisdom and understanding. We have been through it all together and nothing will ever come between us!! even when i dont want to be proud of her i am deep down inside. for example when she takes on some of my bad habits. but i love her for trying so hard to be like me. she understands my struggles and can put to shame the best of friends with her loyalty. i get so mad sometimes because she deserves a way better mommy! but i dont give up nor ever will!! because its not the perfect role model thats important its making sure she knows there is someone who will never abandon or judge her. and most importantly never stop loving her! and i vow to do what ever it takes to get her where she wants to go in life. i dont care if i have to lie, steal, or cheat to get her there! my little free spirit!! i love you with the most genuine love this world will ever know!!!
