folks. You can kill yourself at the gym day in and day out. But if you do not have good eating habits then your work is for nothing. Indulge In more Veggies. Eat more protein (and yes you get protein from things other then meat) consume less animal byproducts (milk,cheese). Eat less more often in the day then 3 huge meals. Dont starve yourself eat until you are satisfied but eat healthy whole foods. Natural fats are good for you!!!!! Come on people I dont want to hear you all complain about how sick you feel, how tired you are, and how depressed you are when your diet is fast food, box meals, carb heavy, and microwaved dinners. No one can tell you how to live your life, live it how you want, but I dont want to hear your complaints and then watch you eat mcdonalds. Rant over.
