I am originally from Malaysia, and was inspired by my grandmother who was passion in cooking as well as my mother. I am passionate to learn about all kinds of cuisine, well travelled and is curious by nature. I was formed in the beginning Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia a 5 Star Property under the chef de cuisine Mr. Otto. This was followed by Hotel Pan Pacific Kualal Lumpur - Malaysia 5 Star Property with Executive Chef Mr. Koo Boon Seng, then later moved to Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia a 5 Star Propertywith Executive Chef Antoine Rodriguez and 7 years under guidance of Master Chef Zubir Zain. A part of the Starwood Hotel Pre-Opening Team, I have been send to The Westin Hotel Langkawi - Malaysia for Pre-Opening Task Force,have also done the opening for The Chateau Spa and Organic Wellness Resort Pahang - Malaysia a 5 Star Property as a Chef De Cuisine, Impiana Group Hotel in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia a 4 Star Property as an Executive Sous Chef and the latest is Pre-Opening for a Military Hotel and Resident Kuala Lumpur ( Wisma Perwira ) a 4 Star Malaysia Goverment Property as an Executive Chef With my worldwide knowledge, I combine Asian and European classic, innovative and challenging menu to bring this fine dining experience to you that changes every season. farhannoorzalifoodies.blogspot/
