for a while my facebook feeds of my Palestinian friends were mainly about the ongoing hunger strike that our administrative detainees launching against the Israeli Prison Service to call for an end to the unjust policy of administrative detention. Finally, some exciting and happy things are there. All cheering for the Palestinian national football team who competed today with the Philippines for the 2014 AFC Challenge Cup Final football games. And Palestine WON! Congratulations Palestine! Our Palestinian administrative detainees and all our detainees are still enduring brutal practices by the IPS but they insist to go on with their battle for dignity and justice until they also win! Tens of the hunger strikers have been hospitalized after they reached critical health condition because of hunger. They highly need your support in every possible way! We dont want to count more martyrs among our Palestinian detainees.
