for every person defending the cops in these killings.. I also understand defending men who are ordered and trained to do their jobs. I dont blame the cops.. I blame the people who are in charge of the cops. I wanna hold accountable the people who tricked us into signing away our constitutional rights with fear mongering. There has been no indictments because what we did after 9/11 with the patriot act prevents police officers to be held accountable for the death of a suspect in the line of duty. They literally can not convict these officers with our current laws. They also dont need a warrant anymore to enter your home... and they dont need to provide you with a trial anymore. Our free press is only free if you consider the uber wealthy buying every news station and relating what information they want you to hear.. which isnt always the facts. So I say once again in hopes just one more person wakes up to the injustice.. We need to stop focusing on the distraction they are putting in front of us to argue about race.. and organize and fix the patriot act that makes us a police state... among many other things..This is the problem. This is where it needs to be fixed to stop this from continuing on.... and for shits and giggles.. here is the definition by wikipedia of a police state... Police state From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Police state is a term that originally designated a state regulated by a civil administration, but since the middle of the 20th Century, the term has taken on the emotional and derogatory meaning of a government that exercises power arbitrarily through the police.[1] The inhabitants of a police state experience restrictions on their mobility, and on their freedom to express or communicate political or other views, which are subject to police monitoring or enforcement. Political control may be exerted by means of a secret police force which operates outside the boundaries normally imposed by a constitutional state.[2] Robert von Mohl, who first introduced the rule of law to German jurisprudence, contrasted the Rechtsstaat (legal or constitutional state) with the aristocratic Polizeistaat (police state).[3]
