...for the future of us all GO TO:--- https://youtube/watch?v=HAljEB-1a8Y Remember when we went to college? It was a time before there were computers. So we just had our books and spent long hours in the library--- reading. But we wrote too, on our portable typewriters with Corasable Bond, so that we could erase easily without having to re-type whole sections. Now, the current crop of kids take their cell phones or their smart phones with them, along with their tablets and their PCs. And to think that it was not all that long ago (1977) when the Chairman and CEO of Digital Equipment Company thought there was no need for an individual to have a computer in their own home or words to that effect. Well recently, I came across this You Tube video clip which spells out the changes in the way things are done now---at Harvard. But its not unique to Harvard alone, for this video could have been produced today by any school across the country. Even Virginia Techs motto is Invent the Future Come with me now to see what Im talking about. And pay attention to the very end, where there is a memorable quote from a Harvard Alumnus, John F. Kennedy. And it is his words that I take away from this video clip, for they are timeless, indeed, ...for the future of us all.
