for those that nominated me for the ALS ice bucket challenge i havent done it yet but i have Donated £20 to the cause. Providing the Weather is alright on Thursday evening i will do the challenge at the Squadron before the cadets and other staff arrive. (I dont trust them not to put anything dodgy in the water). Also NEXT Thursday i will be donating £50 to Help for Heroes and Possibly will do a second Ice Bucket challenge for them. Cold Water is nothing compared to what those guys had to go through and i feel guilty for promoting H$H and not actually donating in about a year!! Stay tuned for the videos and the Nominations!!!!
