found in St. Leonard near Perigeaux Vineyard. In a chain collar with the live end clipped on. I had another shepherd in my car already so I could only watch until someone could take this dog somewhere safe. A gentleman on his way to work, in a brand new car by the way, picked him up and said he would take him to his vet. I wish I had asked which vet that was. Hopefully this lost dog is microchipped.
