found more due process court record ... breaches ... see in the paperwork it says evidenciary hearing waived ... i never waived ... i asked about the evidence date and time stamped entered into court for defense ... in the matters of competence ... but that is not what the paperwork says ... and the transcript ... and my comments ongoing show ... i never did or would waive an evidenciary hearing ... no sir ... so who didnt waive such ... hmmm ... and if it was for competency but i am deemed competent ... automatically until found incompetent ... and that means competent to defend yourself ... who waived i didnt ... and the transcript of today will show such ... no sir ... false evidence introduced into the record ... and an evidenciary hearing that i never waived ... when the judge admitted to not looking at the informational ... date and time stamped ... is a travesty of first order ... sabotage in the court ore ... should i say mo re ... sabotage ... a clear and present danger when the record is falsified ... today ... in fed court ... see for yourself! and watchout for the transcript ... types ohhhh ... ss ... i am ordering one for 9 am day after hmm well for tuesday ... if i am still ... not an un-goner ... lil horrors waived ... glad i started looking over this paperwork just prior to getting ready to video tape the stuff sent to the judge in informational ... yestday date and time stamped ...
