found out today that T-Mobile Pre-Paid Minutes has been ripping me - TopicsExpress

found out today that T-Mobile Pre-Paid Minutes has been ripping me off for the last 5 months for price changes as soon as I buy minutes! I buy minutes, They tell me I am being charged 14 cents a minute. Then I started noticing my minutes were going without me using them, I have an incoming/outgoing tracker on my phone. On 7/2 I bought the minimum amount of minutes and they said I would be charged 16 cents a minute, OK, this was a test, so this was expected to be high. Today I checked my minutes and should have had 147 minutes left, I called to get the total of minutes left and sure enough, they said I only had100 minutes left and to top that off, they said I was being charged 17 cents a minutes! WTF! I called back and talked to a representative and explained the situation and also that I was a GOLD REWARDS CUSTOMER (since 2006). He spent 15 minutes talking around every bush he could think of and kept asking me if I understood and I would tell him, lets just get down to the nitty-gritty and you tell me why Im being charged 17 cents instead of 16 cents after 13 days. You can go around any bush you want to and try to confuse me but I still want an answer to the same question! Well to end this comment, he could not give me a any answer to that question, so I told him That T-Mobile was a scam on pre-paid minutes and they could shove their minutes where the sun dont shine and I was taking my business to Verizon or someone else that was honest, He had the nerve to tell me that our conversation was being recorded and I told him that I certainly hoped so, that I was also recording the conversation as well, and T-Mobile could explain what their policy was on stealing/scamming people out of money/minutes and as far as I was concerned they could kiss my shiny! and then I hung up om them.
