Colombia Venecia 13.50 per half pound It is an amazingly fragrant and aromatic coffee, highlighted by sweet flowery notes of lilac and jasmine. The flavour and acidity of this Colombian come together to create a medium to full-bodied coffee with vanilla notes in the cup as well as a pleasant finish. Cuba Crystal Mountain 33.50 per half pound Cuba’s humid climate with its gentle Atlantic winds and traditional farming methods make for excellent coffee. Cuba Crystal Mountain coffee represents a very small percentage of Cuba’s coffee production and is undoubtedly a unique coffee right at the top of the scale. It offers an intense aroma, rich nutty notes and a slightly smoky finish. Ethiopian Wild Kaffa Green Forest 15.50 per half pound The Ethiopian rainforests are internationally renowned for their biodiversity and their wild coffee populations. The coffee is grown in the Afromontane Biodiversity Hotspot, recognized for its plant diversity, including large numbers of endemic species. Wild coffee is defined as coffee that grows and regenerates spontaneously in its natural habitat. It is genetically different from known cultivars and landraces. Local farmers simply pick wild coffee fruits inside these forests, or manage wild coffee stands by removing competing undergrowth vegetation and some canopy trees. Yemen Mocha Mattari 32.00 per half pound Good acidity, complex, winey with chocolate undertones. It can also be described as nutty, malty, spicy, with very exotic flavors to it. Quite aromatic and surely one of the more distinct cup profiles in the coffee world. Brazil Planalto Estate. 13.00 per half pound This coffee is one of the best produced in Brazil. Its enticing aroma and rich, velvety body will allow you to discover subtle citrusy and fruity notes. Exceptional in espressos.
