from my newest Amazon book review (now up to 26 - 5 stars) of Life Unexpected: A Trauma Psychologist Journeys Through Breast Cancer This book is truly a syllabus. I think it has a message that goes beyond breast cancer and can be useful to anyone....even men...seeking direction in dealing with their personal trials. But, for someone just diagnosed with breast cancer, it is a must read. It certainly opened my mind to what would I do if....??????, and although one hopes that will never happen to themselves or a loved one, it is reassuring to know there is a book that covers it all...
