from the 15th of december 2011 that was the start of my brand new life i thought to myself lets do this vicky i couldnt stand being the person who i was at that moment in time so i started healthy eating and lost 4 stone within 3 month then i started slimming world and lost 7 stone in 24 weeks in just over a year and a half ive lost 12 stone 5 pound at first i was over the moon with all the support i was getting of my friends and family but i need to get this of my chest in the last 8 weeks i have been so deprest its unreal i am not the person who i used to be a was much happier when i was bigger it sounds so daft to think that i should be feeling on top of the world but right at this moment in time i feel terrible due to a few things so i have had a talk with my mam and dad and i am going to go for the next stage i have come so far on my own now i need a bit more help of profesionals so i have an appointment with my docter on the 8th of august to discuss meeting up with the surgeons to go for surgery but i can say it will be worth all the pain in the end would like to thank every single person that has been there for me in the last 8 weeks carnt name them because there is 2 many but a special thanks to me mam and dad who is also me best friends use 2 have been proper diamonds and a love use all the world
