getting ahead again: Day 11: I am thankful for those brave men and women who have served or are serving our country in our military! My brother, Roger Powell served in the Army; my son Terry Anders retired from the Air Force; my granddaughter Alexandra Megan Anders is currently serving in the Air Force. I have many uncles, cousins, a brother in law and friends who also proudly served. These folks are especially dear to my heart but I truly appreciate everyone who has worn the uniform of the Armed Services of the United States. May God be real in your life.
