getting back to some semblance of "normal" Almost called into work today but meditated for 2 hours this morning. Meditation for me is listening to non-descript music while I lie in bed. I dont like guided meditations because then I have to pay attention to what they are saying-Id rather space out. Put my nicotine patch back on this morning. ChicKen Teriyaki, brown rice and sauted green beans for dinner.
