Basicly, the vast riches set aside for the people of Earth have been secured from the posibilitie of the bad guys grabbing them, and using them to continue dominating. Neal Keenan has received gold to assist with expenses. The first priority is getting drinkable water to the people of Indonesia. The slowdown in the process has been due to a runner who took off with money that was meant for the gardians of the bunkers. Neal is at this time back in Asia doing the footwork to enable more wealth to be released. The process must be very carefully undertaken for obvious reasons. The pivotal moment will be when security forces can be paid for. The security forces will insure that the wealth stays where it belongs, and goes where it is needed.
