go me!!!!!!! had docs this morning, alwyn is not back from work yet so i got up, dressed myself, got my electric wheel chair and got to the docs which ok is not very far, but took about 5 mins in my chair, and then back home. it dont seem much, but as i am 99% housebound for me its a massive thing, i feel a little proud of myself. down side had my B12 jab (ouch today, my old nerves in the arm must be awake a little as i felt the sting!) i also have lost 6 pounds (weight not money, i would be gutted if it was lol) oh and my heart is down for 110 to 88 and mu blood preasure is also down at 114 over 88 instead of 130 over 91! so all round a happy day, and a good day health wise which i do not get hardly ever. big smiles for me, now when alwyn finds outhe will tell me off, lol hugs to you all. its great to get out, even if i did get wet from the rain on way there!
