got a new cookbook last night, written by Erica Nedley, wife of a local doctor, Dr. Nedley. I wish I had been smart and educated enough when my kids were little to be feeding them the right things. I cooked breakfast for them every day growing up but not necessarily the right foods. I encourage all of you, especially those with children, to get this book at Veggies and first read it, then start implementing the recipes into your family. This is a breakfast cookbook, which is the most important meal of the day. Each recipe explains what each product does for your brain power, sustainability, and stamina. Its, admittedly, a bit challenging to eat a plant based lifestyle but I am seeing the results every single day. Start with your breakfast meal.. then see where it takes you. Give it a month and see if you are not feeling better, possibly losing some weight, lowering your cholesterol, lowering your blood pressure. Jess just got his tests in for cholesterol and he is at a perfect score; blood pressure perfect range; decreased more of his meds and losing weight. AMAZING STUFF THIS PLANT BASED FOODS!
