grrr im really getting pissed off at this asshole chief of police here in sisseton. since my last conversation when i went to get my dogs licensed with the city i have had cops drive by my house every single night more then once a night. i also notice them slow really down to a near crawl as they have gone past my home. 2 nights ago my friend was outside having a smoke since we dont allow smoking inside hte house and they spot lighted her. then tonight as i left i could have sworn i seen one pull into our back alley and then as i came back home from dropping off my gal friend a cop car drove slowly down the side street make a left and just as i pulled into my yard the police car crept slowly past the house. every since that last uneventful conversation with the shit head chief of police the patrols around my house have gotten alot more. i think come monday im gonna see what can be done about this harassment and stalking instigated by the chief of police as he is the only one to have any problem with me as well as file a discrimination against him with his treatment of me just because im a bit slow in understanding things. every time i have had to talk with him he treats me like a moron and a waste of his time yet he never listens to anything and just ignores me which is very rude. i am freaking sick and tired of being watched by our police every damn night when they have better things to do. why is my house so important to hte chief of police other then to try and hurt me by finding some fault with my dogs so he can take them away and kill them as that is what he does with stray animals. does anyone know if there is a way to file a restraining order on all of hte police in this town? i ask since they follow the dick head chief of polices orders to stalk me and keep watch on my house every single night. really wish i had hte money for a video surveillance camera so i could show this proof. im just so sick and tired of this crap from this dick head chief of police really wish he could be replaced by someone that actually gives a damn about people not some asshole that doesnt and treats people like they are specs of dirt on his shoes
