had a proper nut job in the shop today , he is a man but thinks and wants people to think he is a woman a right ugly scruffy git stinks of pee with the most dirty finger nails ever a rude ignorant pig at the best of times spends an hour at a time in the shop putting all my customers of he really dose stink , anyhow he buys 3 dvds on my 3 for a fiver deal and gives me the warm cash he had been holding in his dirty paws and puts them in a knitted handbag he as had for years and leaves the shop , about ten min later he is back and comes storming up to the counter shouting at the top of his voice .. can i see the manager now ! I tell him to calm down , and we dont have a manager I own the shop and I will sort out what the problem is , i served you so whats wrong ? you sold me these 3 dvds and one of them dosent have a disc in it , I said sorry but with over 5000 dvds these things happen from time to time it was very busy today and the shop was packed he then tells me he is one of my best customers and wont ever be comming back I recon over the last 10 years he may have spent £20 with me .. piss off you vile ugly idiot .
