In lrg bowl,combine 4C Flour, 1 C Sugar, 1/4 tsp Salt & 1 T vanilla With wooden spoon, stir in 1 LB (yes, one pound, yikes) melted real Butter & 1 LB chopped Pecans Press into small balls on 2 lrg cookie sheets & bake at 350 degrees 20-25 mins...cool completely (overnight, if possible) then roll in powered sugar...makes 70-80 yummy cookies
