happy morning i have buyer ho can issue instrument such as mt799 or dlc we need sellers ho can provide full documents Any Seller who requires a MT799 (POF) or a Financial Instrument must along with the FCO to the Buyer submit Full Compliance (KYC) Package consisting of the following Client Info Sheet (CIS), Certificate of Inc, List of Shareholders & Directors, Company Registration Document, Chamber of Commerce Certificate of Good Standing, Extract of recent Annual Accounts, Details of their Law Firm & Accountancy Firm, Passport copies of Directors and Signatories, Verifiable Proof of Past Performance (if possible), VAT/TIN Registration Certificate, Export License, Trading License, Mining License (if applicable), Full Banking information, etc Buyer will also submit Full KYC Package while accepting & returning the FCO. Once agreed, the BCL or MT799 (POF) or BPG can be issued by Buyer within 3-5 working days. The price/discount acceptable to Buyer will vary with what is required by the Seller (BCL or MT799 POF or BPG). Also Buyer expects 1% PB against MT799 POF and 2% PB against BPG.
